What Is Infrared Heat?
Infrared heating warms the body directly rather than heating the air around you. Using advanced ceramic panels, infrared dry heat absorbs deeply into muscles and joints, creating a steady, radiant glow from the inside out.
How It Differs from Traditional Heated Yoga
Traditional heated yoga relies on forced hot air to raise the room temperature, often creating a humid, heavy environment. Infrared heat, by contrast, feels more natural and breathable — less oppressive, more evenly distributed, and typically easier to tolerate while still delivering an intense, effective practice.
Two Styles of Classes
Infrared Flow is fully guided and rooted in classical asana and breath-led sequencing. Intermediate class.
Infrared Sculpt Flow builds endurance and alignment through controlled core holds and resistance with weights through beat-driven, targeted muscle sequences. Intermediate to advanced class.
